When someone wants to take a course, they are also requesting a mentor. This mentor has a purpose to reach out and connect over a shared topic.

We hear this often. However, what we find is that the majority of older people have access to the internet and can log on easily. They like being able to engage while home. Many times they make great mentors because of their life experiences.

This is where the program shines. We encourage churches to let their community know some of the programs offered. This is especially true for some of the life courses. This allows one of your mentors within your church to work with community members, helping guide them.
