Instead of waiting for the weekend to get a spiritual fill-up or check in on a personal struggle, people are engaging with Scripture, working on life skills, and receiving prayer right in the middle of their workweek. Faith stops being a weekend event and becomes a Monday-through-Friday reality.
It maximizes your church's actual reach. Sunday services have a physical and temporal cap—there are only so many seats and so many time slots. But weekday mentoring has no ceiling.
