The Bible

FAQ’s

  • Because people come to Christianity from a variety of backgrounds, we recommend starting at Christianity 101. This helps create a solid platform for the rest of the courses, but this is only a suggestion. You can start with any course.

  • One of the most impactful parts of the courses is the engagement with a mentor. This allows the church to help guide the participants as well as connect them with a mentor.

  • There are three primary ways people approach the courses.

    The most common is an individual going through the course on their own while connected to a church mentor.

    However, some choose to go through Peer-to-peer utilizing each other as a mentor.

    Some churches utilize the courses as a Christian Education tool for a small group.

    There is no right or wrong way to use the courses.

  • Mentors are part of the local church. To become a mentor, talk to your pastor or administrator. They will let you know any special requirements needed and provide approval to go through the course to develop mentors.

  • Qualifications depend on the course itself. For instance, the first year of marriage course, the mentor should be in a good marriage for a length of time with both husband and wife agreeing to mentor together.

    Generally speaking, we recommend a mentor have a solid relationship with God, show the fruit of the Spirit developing in their lives, as well as approved by the pastor.

    Each church may have their own qualificiations

  • This happens more than you may think. One of our goals is purposeful and intentional engagement with a mentor. We reach out on your behalf and connect you with a church to provide that mentor. They reach out and connect you and provide access.

    They will NOT make you attend their church or pay anything. Their entire goal is walking with you through growth.
