Review and Consideration
Free Account - Create a Free Account and Spend some time to review all of the courses. You have access to everything. Let us know if you would like to have a few others join you in the review.
Consider your church and what intentional connection would look like. Creating connection while creating places for people to minister.
Take it to your Board or Council. If you would like us to join you to answer questions, we would be glad to do it via Zoom.
Prelaunch
Choose 2 or 3 Mentors. These should be mentors you can comfortably trust without them going through any training. There should be at least one man and one woman.
The should also be at least one person that can act as a manager of the course. This is the person who approves people, assigns mentors, and keeps track of results.
Choose some of your leaders that should be mentors and have them go through the mentor training program.
Your leaders should take some of the courses they are interested in taking. This can be done with a mentor, peer to peer, or, if you choose, small group.
Church Communication
Introduce it to your congregation. If you would like a QR code, just let us know. Start the conversation.
Encourage your mentors to go and talk to people. Encouraging them to go through some of the courses that interest them.
Create a simple way for people to reach out to the person within your church that manages the program. We suggest creating a form on your website to make it easy to request a course.
Community Engagement
Add it to your website. Talk about the courses and the benefit to the participant. Use some of the life focused courses to encourage people to engage and connect with your mentors.
Create a simple outreach program that can reach people where they are. Add it to your social media and website. Make it easy for the community to engage and request a course as well as a mentor.
Your mentors take the lead and engage with the community participants, walking along side of them as they explore spiritual topics.
