Dealing with Grief
Grief is not a problem to be solved, but a journey to be honored—and you don't have to walk it alone. This course offers a compassionate space to move through loss, one lesson at a time, with room to breathe, remember, and heal. Each session invites you to pause and reflect on a meaningful aspect of your grief journey, offering thoughtful questions and gentle guidance that meet you exactly where you are, whether that's raw and early or years down the road. There is no timeline for healing, and no "right way" to grieve—only your way, held with care.
Alongside this personal reflection, you'll have the opportunity to connect with a mentor from our local church community: someone who has walked through their own valleys of loss and knows the sacred weight of sitting with another person's pain. They are here not to fix or rush you, but to listen, to pray with you if you wish, and to remind you that even in the darkest seasons, you are seen, you are supported, and you are loved. Grief may change us, but it does not have to diminish us. In community, with faith as our anchor, we can find that healing is possible—and that hope, however small at first, can grow again.
